Developed in the Late 1980's aboard Caribbean cruise ships
Caribbean stud poker became so popular with players that
the game moved to the land-based casinos of Las Vegas in
1992. In this poker game, you're only trying to beat the
dealer, not any of the other players. This "us against
the dealer" feeling encourages a bit of camaraderie
between the players, who are all pulling together to beat
the dealer. Another nice aspect of this game is the bonus
payout for winning the bet hand again's the dealer.

* Caribbean Stud poker - usually has
between 5 and seven players plus the dealer. Each betting
area has three distinctive features: an ante bet, a bet
box, and a slot for the optional progressive jackpot bet.
