When playing craps a great way to top the dealer is to make a hardway bet for them. When you are the shooter and your point is one of the numbers in the hardway box like 4 (2-2), 6 (3-3), 8 (4-4) or 10 (5-5), make a one-dollar bet for the dealers. If you hit you will have made a nice tip for the "boys," and if you don't they will still appreciate the effort. The idea is to get the dealers and you on the same side against the house. In addition, remember that a small tip can be as effective as a large one and thereby can still help your win-rate.
