When tipping dealers at blackjack, baccarat, roulette or craps you can make a bet for them without considering table minimums. If the table minimum is $5 you can still place a one-dollar dealer tip-bet. Just put the tip-bet in a special place, depending on the game, or announce "this is for the dealer(s)" and then place the tip-bet wherever you want, again depending on the game.
