When playing craps there is a big difference
between 20 to 1 and 20 for 1. For example, when a player
is paid at 5 to 1 he or she is paid $5 plus the $1 original
wager. In the $5 for $1 case the player gets paid at $5
only which includes the players original dollar bet. This
really reduces the true payout to 4 to 1. The player should
avoid any of these for bets at the craps table because they
will reduce the win-rate considerably. Read the craps layout
very carefully. |
