To be a good card counter you should be
able to count down a complete deck of playing cards in an
ample amount of time. The question is how much timer. To
be considered at the professional or even the semi-professional
level you should be able go though a single deck in at least
25 seconds without any mistakes. Two decks should take less
than 45 seconds without missing any, four decks should take
90 seconds, and six decks should take 2 minutes and 25 seconds.
If you can get to those speeds you can play in any casino
around the world and keep ahead of the dealer.
