Many black jack players believe that if another player makes bad plays it will effect the whole black jack table. There will be situations when a third-base player, or any player for that matter, will hit a busting hand even when the dealer is also showing a busting hand. The player goes on to bust and the dealer gets a card that beats the whole table! The fact is that for every time the "bad" player makes a wrong move and the table losses, that player will also cause the black jack table to win. The real problem is that you will concentrate on the other persons hand and make a mistake with your own. If another person is distracting, you should move on.
